Karma System? Empty Karma System?

Hi,
Is it possible to make a Karma system like when you click something it puts their Karma up or down? Cause I saw a Karma picture in the smilie pack used for Topics Icons: Karma System? Default129 and Karma System? Default130

Dude...since the admins suck to answer you (=P) i'll give the information I know... I think it is not possible to do such a thing ...but i was interested in such a method to give some discipline to my users ... So I went to the rp section of the forum created a sheet to everyone and made a 'spam bar' for everyone ... if I wasn't explicit here is the link to my forum so you can inspire your self for a karma system....
