Sadly that system is not something we host on our forums and sadly there is no easy way to add it.

Sadly that system is not something we host on our forums and sadly there is no easy way to add it.
Do you know how to change Zip folder Icons then? Please instruct me how.
I even tried an icon changer and it doesn't function.

Do you mean a zip download?  Are you trying to upload an attachment to your forum?

Maybe through your forum implements you can brute force Zip Folder Icons to change.
