Help on Progressive Web App (PWA)

Hi admins and support!

I hope you can guide me how Progressive Web App (PWA) works.

I tried reading the article about it here but it doesn't make any sense. I can only see the PWA configuration but what's next?

I don't see any notification to install it and I am very desperate to be able to install for my users.
