My question is how do we get the PWA link to our members. I assume it is through the push notification system, is this correct and is there a link to the PWA already there or do I need to add it to the Push Notification.

Thanks
Jeff

When someone visits your forum, they will see a message asking if they want to accept or decline the option.

So does the message pop up before or after they sign in?

I believe before. But it will only ask ONCE, if you decline it, it will not ask again unless the cache and cookies get cleared.

Also it depends on the browsers you use.  Some do not support the option as a whole or parts of it yet.
