Hello, I want to set up a forum hitskin. I enter com here, I do everything, when I click on the forum name, it gives an error like this, what should I do?

If I understand you correctly, you want to install the design on your forum from Hitskin site.

yes but for some reason it crashes while loading

Describe your steps in more detail and at what stage the error occurs.

I enter the site, choose the theme, install the form with this theme, enter the necessary information, then I come to the end, it sends the activation code, then I click on the incoming message, it opens, after it is active, I click on the name of the form, it gives an error

As I understand you, you are trying to create a forum with a chosen style.

But you've already created a forum - https://michaeljackson.yetkinforum.com

If this is your forum, then on the Hitskin website, search and select the style you want.
You should then get a window like this:



Enter the forum address and click the "Install the skin" button.



You will then have the Forum AP open, where you need to confirm the style installation.

EDIT: I have just seen by my tools you have never logged in as the founder on your forum.

When you made the forum you would have got a Email from our system telling you to click a link to activate your forum.
You must click that link to set up your forum.

This system is made to stop bot's making forums by our host.

If you never got your Email please PM me with the following i have struck out above.

I can't get into my form if there's no one else to help

You have to be able to enter with the credentials that the Staff of this forum sent you, do everything manually, do not copy or paste the new password, be careful with upper and lower case letters, the password is sensitive to that, and remember that you must put the nick of the founder to enter, which in your forum is Admin + the password that they have sent you.

I have told you i have sent a Report to my head office as there is something wrong and NO ONE can fix this problem until Monday so please stop posting for help until i have spoke to my head office.

It seems that the error you are receiving when try to log in your forum does not come from our service.  

Could you please disable all the plugins of your browser and try again ? Thank you.

I am trying to log in from the wireless network but it does not happen when my phone enters from its own internet I do not understand this situation

So have you tried doing what I advised? 

What is your Operationnal system and your browser please?

My browser has never tried Google crome

I am sure it's you browser that is the problem as i could log in fine and you can log in on your phone.

My advice is to try and use Firefox or some other browser to see if you still have the same problem.

It's very strange. We have never seen such a problem before, and the error comes from some external source, not from Forumotion. 

So, just to be sure  - the error occures when you try to login as Admin, or when loading the page of the forum?  Thank you.
