hello guys happy and healthy new year 2024 Can anyone help me with Attachment? I don't understand the size, but when I save it, it throws me back to 20480 Have nice day Attachment (help) 1f604

The total amount of file size you have is a maximum of 20MB
You need to spread this over everything right now your are trying to give all of them the same maxed out.

So say you have 20 MB you can give your members 15MB of that and you can give your mod's 5MB

It should be something like this

Total on mine is 500MB
I used 40MB out of 500MB

Mine is only low as i don't use them and don't like to let my members use them.

photo's and images can be added by the Image host button on the editor

okay i see the problem.

you have it set to low.
you have it set to max file size 0.02

You need to set this part more.

That is 0.0185MB so you need to set the file size to a max of 2Mb

EDIT: please remember you can only use the following files.
Documents : .txt - .doc - .docm - .docx - .pps - .ppt - .pptm - .pptx - .xls - .xlsb - .xlsm - .xlsx - .pdf

Can you PM me your Admin account info.

This must be done by PM only not in the public forum.
I did try and make an account on your forum but your register page is a mess and it's not working.

My guess is you made a change to your templates and you messed it up somewhere along the line.

What you can do is go in your ACP and bring up your account and change the password to something else just for me.

One i have done the work i will log out. As soon as you are happy and it's all working you can change your password back to how you had it.

This is up to you if you want to do it but you really don't have to.

Please remember that you only have a max space of 20Mbthis is not a lot of space and big files like you are using will soon take up that space.

Sadly if the file type is not listed it will not work.

You need to make sure it's the right file type.

There is nothing i can do to help on that part sorry.

If the problem with the file size part is now solved then can i mark this as solved as the main problem is now working?
