you can just edit this card cause i want almost same, just without their logo (MOTM) - at the top-left, and without logo at the bottom-right, and if you can edit text: "from the WarezBB staff.", change to "from the RapidWarez staff." And just clear text where is "123gogo" and text "April 2008" and clear the text at the top where is "www.Warez-bb.org"

cahn i have some details of colours your forum address and fonts or pictures as i have a feeling that this card might be under the copyright law!
