Guest Greeting Box

When you first view the site as a guest, how can i change the text colour in the box.

What Guest Greeting Box?

Sorry mate for bumping i can forgetting the edit button, when you click on the link above for the forum. A guest box should appear with welcome to betta bred, with log in or register or don't show again. So i would like to change the colour of the text but im not sure.

Also we have a special user group and if you are apart of it your ment to be green, we have added a few members but they dont come up green.

Sorry if its not explained well.
