I wanna ask if we can made forum can be accessedonly we have certain post?? like if we want to see Private forum we must have at least 30 post count thanks

This isn't possible, but this has been suggested here. At the moment you can only do this by creating a forum and allowing only a group to see it. Then you can add members that have at least 30 posts in that group.
