I want to know why I can't make a thread about my forum in the Forum Promotion (Forumotions only) section. Would love some help.

you can promote your forum here. but first you need a proposal to do that. try send you forum promotion proposal Here. dont forget to read term & rules on first page of that thread before posting your proposal or otherwise you proposal will disallowed.
