character sheet question

I was wondering if u can make it where the admins and mods can generate character sheets???

I trying to figure out how u can block for members from generating a character sheet and make it where u can only generate one through the admin panel. so pretty much i saying is that i want it where only the admins and mods can generate them and where it wont show members the option to generate it.
