Character sheet question

Can other members besides admin and the member edit a field.

Example:

Joe wants to give dave a point for a good post, can he?

There's a glitch which allows another member to do this, if he knows which address piece to add, but it's going to be corrected soon.

But you can post a suggestion about an option to allow other members to edit a field in the character sheet.
