Character sheet issue / program question

Hello, I have two questions I'd appreciate an answer to.

First, having a built-in character sheet is great and all, but is there an easier way to change values in it than constantly going to one's profile? In an RP things like hit points change rather often and it'd be nice if someone could tell me of a better way to do this.

Second, I was wondering if it's possible to insert a program of any kind that can connect all users on it. If that sounds confusing just think of a multiplayer flash game. Is something like that possible?
