Put notice at a Forum

I'm Admin in my Forum.I know almost everything,but I have a question.I can't put a notice at a forum!I don't know how.I can surly make a topic,but I don't know how a notice.Any help?Thx guys.

Define what you mean by notice.

A sticky, announcement?

For that scroll down just below the send button and there ia a bar named "options" click on the [+] button and there you click on sticky or announcement.

Then scroll back up and click send
