Usernames

Hi all.
Is there an option where I can set minimum and maximum number of username characters? Lets say I want that no username has less than 3 characters and no more than 10 characters (so noone could be able to register a nick with just 1 or 2 characters like "Po" , "Ed", "A", etc. because it's just too short, or something like "Ujdiehdzu'wk", which is too big).
Also, I was wondering is there an option where I could prohibit some characters in usernames? I know there is an option "username censoring", but I can't set just 1 character. For example, I don't want usernames with some strange symbols in their nicks like Ω,£,¥,ξ,.

Umm... it's somewhere in the Users & Groups tab, I think.

There you add the wanted character surrounded by "*" for example to prohibit € you enter *€*
