( Only Topic ) Recent Server Issue / Problem

I've made a age of conan guild forums here, and now it just shows a white screen when I try access it, could someone help me? Name of the forums is http://chaoticlegion.forumakers.com/

Hello everyone,

I'm creating this topic about this recent issue I have noticed tonight here, that many members are having with thier forums now. I have seen these new topics posted and believe there must be a server issue happening right now. I have not been informed as to what exactly is going on at this time. But once a tech looks into this problem , I believe it can be resolved correctly and in a timely manner.

May I ask you all to please be patient while I merge all related topics here and move this to the tech support section in hopes of getting this issue looked into and resolved shortly. Thanks in advance for your patience, cooperation and understanding.

Well, if there's been so many outages; you'd think they'd put someone to watch over it overnight.

That's an idea Brad, if you loose all your indexing at google because your site was down and it couldn't access it, maybe you can reregister the url to jump start the process again. My guess is that google tried to access your site while it was down and when it couldn't, concluded that it was no longer in existence and you lost your standing. We all might of.

My forum is not working at all, You cant post new messages, you cant navigate the
administration panel and my forum header is showing in my chat box..

I'm having the same problem on my boards and my members are getting a General Board Error whenever they try to view threads.

same with mine. almost everyone has this prob right now. hopefully they'll fix it soon.

This problem is widespread. See 8+ other threads started on this in the last 2 hours.

My forum has a problem
I can't click the last post
I can't view user profile information
it's say: Could not obtain post/user information.
I don't understand , I can't view new reply , and I click Admin Control Panel,I click menu ,ex: Rank
Couldn't obtain ranks data
and some menu too .Who can help me?

Yup - me too. The Simple panel seems to be working, but the Advanced panel is giving me the same weird responses as the OP to all the tabs. I thought I was going crazy:)

Seeing as how this is a Saturday night, I don't have much expectation anyone is going to sort this out tonight or Sunday. Luckily my forum is only a testbed with not many members!

Now, if only you could notify the techs who fix these problems. We're all watching.....sigh

Try using the Simple panel. Mine is working but the Advanced is not.

on my forum im with for some reason everytime i try to look at a post it says "Could not obtain post/user information." wat does that mean for my site

We're all getting it. Some forums are uneffected.

:s I just tried switching it over.....however I did it immediatley...I will re-boot in a few mins. and see if it made a difference.

Thank you Nessa for being online at what for you must be a very late hour. I hope the techs find out about this before too long, if they haven't already.

the one thing that works at our board is the chat.It's an iframe and thus is not connection to forumotion.At least that works.
HOPING we hear anything soon.And that's not the end of it.I had to register a whole NEW account just to access the support forum.I can't get in under my registered account(p4p)

Hello...I agree that this is what likely has happened. But if these outages continue to happen and for long periods of time, then we will lose our google indexing each and every time. How can we build up ranking and ratings on google with this happening all the time?

I've just noticed too, that many of my members have been signing on and must be very frustrated by being unable to read or post.
