Warning System

If an member violate an rule such as no spam,
An Icon open to mods and admins will be apear,clicking this icon will Automaticly PM the member with an message "You have received an warning, [And it will contain the reason and the post url]

I like it.

They should add an infraction system too though.
On my forum i've added a "Warnings" bar, which mods have to remember to update whenever it's needed.

So, i like your idea, and believe that it would go with an infractions system!
