How to leave first message (green),and delete 2nd (blue) ?

I want only message with users who have birthday today.

This is possible to do.

Go to Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Users Options > Birthdays > "Birthday look forward:" > Set to '0' > Save.

Then set it to 1. So it only shows who has a birthday today, I think.
