Solved making emails from site.

(If this is the wrong place to put this, just tell me). I just read on the misc. part of the admin page and noticed that you could make your own email address deal. can you tell me how to do this. Thanks. Or can you only do it once you have bought a domain name. I just saw that in another topic.
