Multible Accounts

Hey all,

If some1 has an account and they try to open a new account, is it possible that the account they just opened (new account) would be closed right away.

I dont want people having Multible accounts, But also dont want them being banned.

Or is it even possibly to look up an IP address and see what other usernames they have on the site?

You could possibly ban an IP address from ever registering again.

I doubt it's possible, for a few reasons, one of thsoe reasons is many people have dynamic rotating IPs, which means their IP is never the same, and will change everytime they use the internet, so it would be impossible to track them, thus making your reqeust completely moot.
