No i don't want the image resized i want to change the size of the categories. thanks anyway

All i know is that it is possible to do in the CSS, we'll have to wait for someone who can read it

Larger Topic Icons
As standard your topic icons are set to a default size (24 pixels high to be precise)
This means that if you want to create customized icons you must meet this requirement otherwise your icons will over hang the topic border like so
To get around this you can expand the table itself allowing you to create more space thus allow you to add larger topic icons
1. Log into your forum.
2. Navigate to:
Admin panel\Display\Colors\CSS Style Sheet
3. Add the following code into the blank box and press "Submit" to save
4. To adjust the height change:
You should now have a nice finish to your forum
