Moderators not allowed to delete

Hi there i have given my moderators full rights to all my topics but it still on some they battle to delete it says "session has expired" why is this

Must be a temporary glitch.

ok, what you need to tell ur mods to do is:
log out, dont come back for about 1 day.
Admin must do>>put forum on "under construstion" mode as this will hophally prevent the emmebrs from posting anything
after 24hrs the "under construction" automatically expires, and your mods "session expired" glitch will have hophally be gone.

i wouldn't do that you could lose members doing that when a glitch comes a long..........


i dont know about your problem maybe tell your mods to delete there cookies...

Well, sometimes you have to lose members, and then when its back up, you can just send out a newsletter informing ur members its back up.

sorry but that wrong info you are giving out, you be forever closeing your forum if you do that & member dont like newletters

it is the wrong info spook is correct. When it says session expired, it sounds as though your mods may be being temporarily logged out. I would try spooks suggestion, and make sure when they log back in they check always remember me. Let us know how you get on
