HELP Moderators areant allowed to sticky topics!

Why cant moderators be allowed tossticky topics

they can if you let them, have you got a group called moderators? if you don't create one then change their permissions into having them create stickies ext ect!

Whwere can i do that? it wont show up

when you go into forum permissions tick under mod group allow sticky and allow announce

users&groups->groups->find the group 'Moderators' click on the groups permission (its shows the legend at the top).-> Then modify the groups permission and i think you got it!

Also make sure you are on the advanced mode when you go into permissions.

I am having the sameproblem.My moderators can`t administrate porfiles,lock topics or sticky them.

Can i see a screenshot of the permissions set for them?

Try this: Admin panel=>Users&Groups=>Users=>Search users=>Select one user=>Permissions=>Select is Moderator where you want=>Save.

Ok i don`t get it anyway lol i dont think i can have moderators change or administrate a users profile.Anyway,how cna i have it so that moderators cannot affect the chatbox?
