E-mail Notifications

I've looked around but can't find this exact question asked already.

Although e-mail notifications are sometimes a nuisance, on our forum they are a must. Every member in our forum needs notification of everything.

How can every member be e-mailed any time a new forum, topic, or reply is created? Even in my own account, I always have to click on "start watching" on any new forum I've created. I have already gone into my profile and ticked all notifications to on.

The members won't know to do this and may miss very important discussions.

I guess what I need is a blanketed notification for everyone about anything. Is that possible?

Make an announcement or send mass PM to members telling them to select all notifications and go through and start watching topics. just as you have done

I do not believe there is any blanket notification.
you could suggest it in the appropriate area though
