Some questions about the forums

I wonder how can I divide my forums like this forum -

- About Forumotion
...............
- Support forum
...............
- Other Services
...............
and other?

And one more question.If I delete my Basket(Recycle Bin) how can I restore it if I can?

For the first question : Categories is the answer. Create categories. Example :

Category 1 : About forumotion
category 2: Support forum
.
.
.
But for the categories to appear, they MUST have forums in them.



For the second...I would love to know
