Solved How to make a portal

Are there anywhere I can find how to make the portal set up?
Everything I make and write , the letters are so big.
And if I'm having a banner, how to I hypoerlink the banner to another webpage??

To add the portal:
Look in Modules >portal management

Thanks, but i made it trough that part. But the text I'm writing the letters are so large... and how do I link to another webpage from the portal?

Can you seegreen "plus"? Click on it... Now you can type nad choose your font size in the easier way than Html... Very Happy
