Newsletter to Members....

Hello

if i send a newsletter message from admin pannel and my choose is "all members"
will i send messages to all members?? and what is with deactivated/inactive members? goes the email to this members to or only to ACTIVATED Members.

When you select,
All Members: Message will be sent to all registered activated users.
INactive members: Members who are inactive since a long time after they registered, either because they did not activate their accounts or you did not manually do it. According to the setting you have in place for User registration.
The email goes to whichever recipient option you select.
