Smilies box(embed) is too big for Forumotion box (when posting)

Hi,
My Smilies box (embed) is too big for the forumotion site box (when you post).
Hence it has a right and bollom scroll on it and looks terrible.
Any CSS or site adjustment I can make to the Forumotion box? I realise the Smilie box is probably fixed.
(If you just start a new post and look at the Smilie box - that is the one I am talking about)
