Message after posting....time delay

I know you can't get rid of the message, but it comes up really quickly after posting, and doesn't give you chance to click on either lin, one link to go back to your message, or one message to return to the forum, and so it automatically takes you back to your message.

Is there any time delay settings for this?

There is no option for this. You can suggest it, in the suggestion section.
