hi

Is there a way of changing the time delay after you post a message (i want to increase it on my forum)

After you make a post on my forum it automaticaly views your post after 2-3 seconds i'd like to change this to 15 seconds if possible please.

Is there a way i can change it?

Not it's not possible! The appearance of the messages on the forum is done instantaneously.
