Solved I cant watch a topic!

On my forum, when you read a topic, the button "watch this topic" isnt there! i cant even watch a forum! here is the link to my forum: http://millsluvershome.lifediscussion.net/index.htm
is this a glitch or do i have to turn something on in the admin panel?

You need to click on the "Actions" button at the top of the topic on the right hand side. Then click on "Watch this topic".
