Help Watch topic option

Watch topic option is always on, and I want to be off by default! But I can't found a option to setup that, please help.

Go to your profile=>Preferences and look for this option"Always notify me of replies :" and choose no.

No, sorry every member has to set this option for himself in their own profile.
