Well, open your portal, then add a costume block in it, click that A button shown on Katt's tutorial, paste the code, mark the part of your forum's URL, and insert instead of it, your forum's URL.
Step by step(after you opened your portal):
Admin Panel->
Advanced Parameters->
Module->
Portal->
Portal Conmfiguration->
add costume block->
continue as shown in the tutorial.
