Connecting forum to blog/podcast and Copyrighting

i have a forum on forumotion, and i was wondering if i am allowed to connect it to my blogger blog and itunes podcast. Also, if i am allowed to copyright the content of my site or not.

For the copyright bit, you can't legally say you have a copyright without buying one.
but you can get a Creative Commons license for the artwork such as skin, buttons, banner, etc.
