My categories not appearing!

Hello, so I added categories with forums in it in the Admins Panel but it doesn't appear on the forum.. I can only see the forums.. but not the categories so all the forums are together! Help! Sorry if my english is not good!

Admin Panel>>Disply>>Index Packing>>Choose what ever you want>>Save
