Forums and new categories all appearing under the same category? Empty Forums and new categories all appearing under the same category?

I know the difference between Cats and Forums but everything I create "appears" in the same Category - be it a forum or a new category..

What am I missing here?

ACP -> Display -> Structure and hiearchy -> Set to none..First one!
Is that te solution to your problem?
