forum buttons not displaying

hi , i have 2 pc,s both vista, now in the past week one of them as decided it wont display the forum buttons (reply,quote,ip etc) but the other is fine so i am pritty sure its the pc, my question is what is causing this? i have tried clearing all cookies , tempory ie files etc but no change can someone point me in the right direction and just so you know i also tried firefox and its just the same

I found a glitch with the new updates where by if you dont add the quick reply feature like it has on this forum then the buttons won't show up

I have already raised this issue however its a quick fix until further times

So yeah try adding the "Quick Reply" to your forum
If you have done this already let me know
