How to make 3 categories in subforum

how to make like this


in my forum i can only make a warning & read it and Topics in my subforum.. then my question is how to make a Administration panel problems like the first red circle .. ??

im sorry if there is another topic like this

You have to make one by Admin panel>General>Categories & Forums> Make one and make sure it's attached to the forum>Save.

Or/and...

Admin panel>Display>Homepage>Structure & Hierachy>Split categories on index> Medium>Save

Ah yeah.. i had problems with this 2.


Go to administration panel => General => Categories and Forums

Create a forum. type in everything.

Then creat another forum and attach it on the forum you just created.

the second thing " Warning & read" is just sticky/Announcement thread.

Separate annoucements and stickies from the messages :

WITH A TABLE

and there you go.
