Chat BOx Trouble

HI,I myself am not having any issues with the chat box but a couple of posters can not see what anyone else is writing unless they send something first.They have the auto refresh checked off,what could be the problem? Thanks

I sometimes have a similar problem, but with the auto refresh with the tick in the box (meaning on)
just tell ur user/friend, that the "Auto refresh" box should be ticked.

Other than that, the forumotion techies have done their best to fix the chatbox, and they have done a great job as it was much worse 3 months ago
aka, there no known fix presently.

Hi,Yes,she says that she has it checked off so it's on,it's very strange,I have no problems but a couple members have the same issue and another just notified me that she can't even get into the chat box,The Join Chat link is not there,Idk??Thank you for your help

I wrote in yesterday with issues regarding this site, I keep loosing access to the admin panel, today I have no access to smileys and it is me who does not get the link to join chat.

In the past the auto refresh button has not worked for myself, not sure what if it will work for the other members.

Today is the first time I could post in two days because it would not load when I would click reply and other members have been having the same problem. There seems to be something wrong with many of the features. It is getting rather frustrating because when members make their complaints I do not know what to tell them because I am having the exact same issues. Why so many technical problems all at once when before everything seemed to run smoothly?


Okay, I was able to get into my admin panel..made the chatbox unhidden and it is coming up blank..never did that before when I used to have it displayed.
