Index Menu Disappeared

One of the Administrators on my forum, are having errors with the the menu bar - where it says, Home, Portal ect on our forum

Can we have any help please?

do they have a screen shot?
i think i know what it is.It's probably there page is not loading fully or correctly.
if it continues tell them to clear all there history and cookies,close there browser and try again.

if it's still doing that ask them to reboot. i think this is more of a browser or service problem.it happens to me once in a wile and i close my browser and go back and it's fine.Sometimes depending what is happening i have to reboot.

so ask them to try that and to provide a screen shot if it continues
