you try to look at my forum, I've managed to make writing groove just below the Index menu, calendar, faq, and so forth. how it is very easy, ...
you go to Admin panel>> General Admin>> messages and e-mail>> Annaucements>> General annaucement options

then the contents of general annaucement options
Activate announcements: yes
Announcements display: All pages
Scrolling: Go left
Scrolling speed: 100
Stop time: 0
Space the between announcements (in pixels): 0
Announcements block height (in pixels): 0
click send

Announcements list click add table
Name:'s up with words to your desired
Content *: fill in the words of who you want to show
click send

This forum which I had succeeded I made,

results are those words will appear directly beneath the menu index, portal, calendar, and so forth.
