How many Staff?

How much staff would you recommend for a forum with 111 users?

Well,

I run a forum with 242 members, and have 18 staff.

And the forum is an adverting forum, so we have an unusually high number of staff

No more than 10 I would think.

As little staff as possible, If you have too many staff members there wont be enough to do and you'll get people re doing what the other person just done

A forum with up to 1000 members is safe with 6 - 8 staff members

2 members for every 500 after that.

Remember not ALL the members you have will post on a regular basis, Roughly only 1/3 will

I would have to say,if you have 111 users on your forum,you should have at least 5 staff members,to keep them from breaking the rules,

actually, it depends on how competent your staff is.
If you staff is completely incompetent, then for just 111 users you could need about 20+
But if your staff is decent enough, for 111 users, about 3 would be enough...
But if you're a really good admin, then you won't need anyone else at all until you get to about 150+...
