Forum E-mails Too Much

Everytime someone posts in a thread, they automatically start "watching" the thread, and whenever someone else posts in that thread, an e-mail is sent to them stating that they posted. A couple of my members hate this, and want it to stop, as well as I do.

Is there any way other than blocking the e-mails that makes them stop?

Just deselect the "Notfy me when replied", you see it when you post the message.

EDIT: You still have to deselect it every time you post. Isn't there a better way that keeps it permanent?

EDIT AGAIN: Forget it, I found out how to change it. In Profile, under preferences, you can say no to e-mails. Thanks!
