Display picture of forum is not displaying properly

It is displaying twice. Second time about 10 pixels to the left and down then first time.

Otherwise it is displaying over itself.

And it is distroying the look. No still or animated picture looks good this way.

How can I correct this problem?

Picture at the top of forum. It is called "Forum main logo".

U can find it in
display>Pictures and Colors>Pics Management>General/Explore>Forum main logo
