My credits have not appeared

I have bought 2100 credits and i have been waiting for over 12 hours and i still hve not received them. Is there an explanation for this because it seems to be very easy for forumotion to give credits away.

That's because it takes at least 4-6 business days if you ordered them on the weekend. Wink

Are you serious!? WTF. Just my luck again....How does it take 4-6 days to give me some credits...that seem like a simple job...

Because work is slow on the weekends for ForuMotion. Just be patient, dude. The Credits will be there after the weekend. Smile

That is for domain rok. For Credits its around 24 to 48 hours. If you don't get them after the 48 hours I would contact Typlo with all details when you bought the credits.
