Credits have not appeared in admin panel for almost 2 weeks
I have returned to have another moan.
My previous moan was on this thread https://help.forumotion.com/t154680-ssl-certificate-problem when there was a problem with the SSL certificate, dated 29th November.
On that day I bought some new credits to pay for the SSL certificate.
Twelve days later they have still not been credited to me, and they do not appear in my Admin Panel. The money has been taken from my bank and I've had a receipt.
When I have bought credits for my test forum they appear immediately, yet every single time I buy them for my active forum they don't appear, and every single time I have to email the Forumotion webmaster to ask if I could please have the credits I have bought. Usually he responds with apologies and the credits appear.
However, since 29th November I have emailed the forumotion webmaster twice and twice I have had no response.
Is he on holiday? Or isn't there a webmaster anymore?

I didn't know forumotion had a email address. Anyway, if you pm me a screenshot of the reciept and the link to your forum, I will make a ticket asking for the credits to be added.

Thank you for your help via PM Brandon, still no credits yet....two weeks now.
I hope they act on your suggestion to add these credits automatically, because it's a real problem for me to get them added.
I don't understand why my test forum credits are automatic but my active forum are not.
I regularly buy credits to deactivate the adverts aswell as the SSL certificate so I hope this is sorted before March 2018!
As it turned out I didn't even need these latest credits to buy a new SSL certificate because it was a Forumotion problem that affected many Forums, not just mine.

Hello @jkh can you tell us the total number of credits you paid for
Reason I have asked is the head office has asked bout this they need to know the total amount so we can add them to your account.

To be honest, I don't know because it doesn't say on the receipt.
I thought my SSL had expired and I made a hasty purchase so I assume it was only 500 credits, which is all that's needed for the certificate.

It may help if I have a copy of the receipt A screen shot would be fine sent to my PM account. I will then add that to the reply i send the head office.

I did, I gave the receipt number. You cant send images through our tools, so best I could do.
Anyway, no update on this yet jkh, but will let you know as soon as I have gotten a response on the ticket. Sorry for the delay.

I just logged on to say that I'd wondered if I'd been over-credited as 1000 credits appeared, but you reckon that's how many credits I get for the price paid Ape? I daren't test it by buying some more!
Now then...did Head Office say anything about me having my credits appear automatically next time or have I got to go through this every time?

Ape tested how many credits 11 euros will get you in his acp.
Now I was just going to inform you the credits have been added but it seem you noticed that already.
No they didn't mention anything about the auto adding, they just told us they added they just told us they added the credits manually. We are sorry it took so long to get your credits. All I can tell you is if the same thing happens again, just open a new topic and we will repeat the same process.
Also, may we consider this topic solved?
