Member can't access forum Empty Member can't access forum

One of my members hasn't been able to access the forum all day. She's getting an "address not found" message. I haven't had any problems nor have other members but I'm trying to help this member. I had her clear temp files, cookies, etc. She even called her internet service provider and there are no issues. Anything else I can suggest she try? I don't know what the problem may be. She's tried going in through IE and Firefox and has the same issue.

Ask her to see if she has been typing in the address correctly.
