Member Cannot Access Forum.

One of My Members contacted Me saying He cannot Log into the Forum, He gave Me His Password and I had no problem Logging into His Account via Lap Top....Turns out He has just Bought a New Phone which He is trying to use to access the Forum, but when He tries to Log in He says it is Automatically ticking the Register Box, and wont allow Him to Log in as Normal.


Any thoughts Please, Thanks in Advance.

Ask the member to change versions from mobile to classic to log in?

Thank You SLGray, I Messaged Him and He says how does He do that, I know these New iphones will be different, but will it be into the settings ? I havnt a clue and neither has He I don't think.

Hello,

There should be an option in the drop down menu that says 'classic version', if he taps that it should take him to the desktop version of the site.
