Navigation Bar Stuck To The Right

Hi i wonder if someone can help ?

My son has started a forum for his Xbox and he selected the phpBB3 version and the skin 360 elite, by tyhodge07 on the Hitskin website.
I then made him a nav bar and set all the settings in the admin panel to show the nav bar, but no matter where i select to put the nav bar (left, center, right) it sticks to the right hand side.
He so wants the bar to be in the middle of his website, can anyone help ?

ACP>Display>Headers & Navigation>Menu position: Center

Hello,

To center the nav bar go to Admin CP> Display > Colors > CSS.
Add this code there adn submit.

text-align : center !important;
}
