How do I make Comments appear AFTER a post

Right now, comment appear ABOVE the original post... which is the reverse of what I want. Thanks in advance.

General>Categories and forums
Click on a blog or a forum name.
Sort the posts of a topic by : Post's date(most oldest in first)
Save.
